Our Unified Commitment to the Community

United Healing Center (UHC), Eastside Counseling Center (ECC), and the Brain Enhancement Center (BEC) share a unified mission ~ to uplift, empower, and support individuals and families through compassionate, holistic, and accessible care. ECC is committed to nurturing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, offering a safe and supportive space for healing. UHC extends this vision by bringing community-centered outreach, essential resources, and transformative support to vulnerable and underserved populations. Together, they ensure that healing is not only personal but also communal, wrapping individuals in a network of care that honors dignity, humanity, and connection.

The Brain Enhancement Center (BEC) builds upon this collaborative foundation by offering neuroscience-informed tools and programs that strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and long-term mental wellness. Through its innovative approach, BEC equips individuals with practical skills that enhance everyday functioning and overall quality of life. United, ECC, UHC, and BEC form a powerful partnership ~ combining clinical care, community outreach, and cognitive support to create a comprehensive system of healing and empowerment for all who seek it.

2nd Annual Winter Drive

This season marks our 2nd Annual Winter Drive! Eastside Counseling Center is once again partnering with United Healing Center and the WOLF (Warriors of Love and Freedom) Initiative to support our unhoused community members in Seattle. Together, we aim to provide warmth, comfort, and compassion to those who need it most.

What We’re Collecting

• Insulated sleeping bags (non-cotton)
• Warm blankets (wool or synthetic preferred)
• Winter jackets
• Gloves
• Hats
• Umbrellas
• Thermal clothing
• Gently worn and new clothing
• Waterproof shoes/boots
• Waterproof or wool socks
• Tent(s)

Why Non-Cotton?

Cotton absorbs moisture and pulls heat away from the body—fine for summer, but dangerous in cold and wet climates. To protect the safety and well-being of our unhoused neighbors, please avoid cotton-based items.
