Sam De La Paz is a Father, visionary, and co-creator of Latin-American descent. Professionally, he is a business and nonprofit advisor, consultant, and thought leader holding board seats across both sectors. As a connector and change-maker, Sam aligns himself with impact-oriented founders and entities, helping interconnect people and causes across verticals and across the globe to create exponential growth.

Growing up off-grid in rural Northern California, Sam developed a grounded, real-world skill set spanning agriculture, permaculture, regenerative farming, construction, and land management. After studying psychology, sociology, and entrepreneurial management, he began working with nonprofits and advocacy organizations. First as a volunteer, then in paid leadership roles where he came to understand the powerful intersections between the nonprofit and for-profit worlds.

His inner work and healing vision are rooted in truth, honest collaboration, humility, grace, and accountability with a deep belief that healing is a journey, done both individually and collectively.
