Floret Khosa is a visionary leader at the intersection of technology, justice, and transformation. With over two decades of experience in systems design, government innovation, and community leadership, Floret brings deep expertise in technical infrastructure, diversity advocacy, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
Her work as a Black woman in the tech sector shaped her understanding of systemic inequity, and catalyzed her passion for building inclusive ecosystems where healing, belonging, and innovation can flourish. As a founder of multiple businesses and nonprofits, and a strategic advisor to organizations ranging from the U.S. Department of Defense to Seattle’s grassroots movements, Floret has championed tools and policies that uplift underrepresented voices and reimagine leadership through a people-first lens.
Today, her work is guided by a powerful revelation: some of the most advanced technologies in the world are not machines, but minds. She now lends her brilliance to the mission of United Healing Center, the Brain Enhancement Center, and the Hawai’i Healing Sanctuary, merging neuroscience, ancestral wisdom, and community healing to restore coherence in individuals and society. Floret is especially passionate about helping dismantle the barriers faced by women, neurodivergent individuals, people with disabilities, and BIPOC communities by building bridges between innovation and the innate intelligence of the human spirit. Her leadership reflects her lifelong commitment to equity, systems change, and sacred service.
