What is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called tapping, is a gentle yet powerful mind-body approach that helps release stress, shift limiting beliefs, and restore balance to the body’s energy system. Rooted in ancient healing traditions over 5,000 years old, EFT blends modern psychology with Eastern practices such as acupuncture, acupressure, and reflexology. Instead of needles, EFT uses fingertip tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical challenges.

A Brief History
While energy healing has ancient roots, the modern form of EFT was pioneered in the early 1990s by Gary Craig, who simplified Dr. Roger Callahan’s Thought Field Therapy (TFT). By streamlining the process into a universal sequence of tapping points, Craig made this life-changing tool accessible to anyone.
